BREATHE. BE. BECOME.

01 — WHY NO COACH?

NO COACH. started with a doubt.

The more I learned about personal development, coaching, fitness, breathwork, relationships and myself, the less convinced I became that anyone really has life figured out.

There are methods, tools and ideas that can help.

There are people we can learn from.

There are experiences that can change us.

BUT what if there's no universal blueprint for being human?

...maybe that's something worth questioning — together.

NO COACH ISN'T ABOUT REJECTING GUIDANCE.

IT'S ABOUT QUESTIONING CERTAINTY.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT HAVING IT FIGURED OUT.

Quite the opposite.

02 — HI. I'M EDDY.

Hey, I'm Eddy (Simon Julius Edgar).

I'm your NO COACH.

I'm not here to lead you.

I'm here to meet you — human to human.

I come from engineering — a world of machines, systems and problems that usually have an identifiable cause and, eventually, a solution. At the same time, I’ve spent years exploring the human experience — through breath and movement, conversations and books, workshops, retreats, training and different approaches to personal development

For a while, I brought those two worlds together. I thought about body, mind, emotions and awareness almost like parts of a system:

  • Understand what's happening.

  • Find what's out of balance.

  • Adjust it.

  • Improve it.

It made sense to me. I'm an engineer, after all.

But somewhere along the way, I started questioning the premise.

HUMANS AREN'T MACHINES.

WHAT IF YOU ARE NOT A PROBLEM TO SOLVE?

WHAT WOULD YOU QUESTION THEN?

Maybe understanding begins here.

Maybe before asking, “How do I change this?”
there's another question worth asking:
“Why is this here?”

Not everything that hurts is broken.

Not every pattern is a malfunction.

Not everything uncomfortable needs fixing.

The more I explored, the more interested I became in the questions — and less interested in pretending to have the answers. NO COACH. grew out of that.

I still believe in growth.

I know we can adapt, change and become.

But I believe understanding comes before either.

I just don't believe someone else can decide what that should look like for you.

03 — WHAT I KEEP COMING BACK TO

NO COACH. NO RULES. NO ANSWERS.

Just things worth trying for yourself.

PRESENCE BEFORE PERFORMANCE.

We don't have to perform being human.

CURIOSITY OVER CERTAINTY.

Certainty closes. Curiosity keeps us open.

UNDERSTANDING DISSOLVES JUDGEMENT.

Understanding doesn’t excuse. It can make room for compassion.

PERSPECTIVE OVER REACTION.

Not everything is about you. That doesn’t mean nothing is.

ACCEPTANCE OVER CORRECTION.

What makes you different might be exactly what makes you beautiful.

SELF-EFFICACY OVER DEPENDENCE.

Guidance can help but your life should remain yours.

CONNECTION OVER PERFECTION.

Being real brings us closer than being perfect.

INTEGRITY OVER IMAGE.

What is real matters more than what looks right.

COURAGE TO TRY OVER NEEDING TO KNOW.

Some things are only learned by risking being wrong.

DEDICATION OVER OUTCOME.

Give yourself fully to what you’re doing. Let the result remain uncertain.

LETTING GO OVER CONTROL.

Not everything needs to be solved before it can be released.

Which one have you already lived?

Which one would you question?

04 — WHAT WE CAN EXPLORE.

Four invitations. A way to meet what is — and explore what might become.

NO_COACH_BREATHE.png
BREATHE.

Come out of your mind.
Back into your body.
Back to your breath.

Back to yourself.

Presence begins with a breath.

NO_COACH_QUESTION.png
QUESTION.

Question & Listen.

Question what you're told.

Question what you tell yourself.

Find out for yourself.

NO_COACH_FEEL.png
FEEL.

Allow yourself to feel any sensation.
Be curious about it.

Understanding dissolves judgement.
Feeling is part of being alive.

CONNECT.

Meet yourself & others — human to human.
Seek to understand and be understood.

Recognize yourself in others.

05 — BREATHE. BE. BECOME.

Three verbs. No fixed destination. From presence into possibility.

BREATHE.

Come out of your head. Into YOUR experience.

BE.

Breath brings us back to the present — out of constant interpretation and into direct experience.

No Coach - No Final Version Dissolve.png

Stay with what is — before deciding what it should be.

Being means creating space to question, feel, notice and understand without immediately judging, correcting or changing what appears.

BECOME.

Allow yourself to adapt when change emerges.

Becoming is not about pursuing an ideal version of yourself. It is about allowing yourself to change through awareness, understanding and lived experience.

BECOMING doesn't mean becoming better.

BECOMING means allowing yourself to ADAPT.

LET'S FIND OUT.
